• Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product

• If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition, a refund may not be issued

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Products returned after the 5-day return window

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear images or videos of the damaged product and the packaging

• We will arrange a return pickup and offer a replacement or full refund upon review
